Inspired by her late mentor and grounded by top-tier training from industry leaders like Bumble and Bumble and Redken, Nikki leveraged her vast expertise in hair artistry to identify a need for products that combine cutting-edge performance with ethical, non-toxic ingredients.

Simon
Simon is an accomplished entrepreneur, PhD, and business leader with a strong foundation in science and technology. For decades, he has operated at the executive level in the software industry, founding multiple successful software and consultancy firms across the UK and the USA, serving in C-level positions including CTO, COO, CEO and President. He managed the delivery of complex enterprise software, manufacturing and supply chain solutions for major national and international clients, including one of Europe’s largest home shopping businesses. Simon's career is marked by strategic leadership and business growth, including selling and acquiring companies, together with a proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions.
Over the past several years, Simon developed a keen interest in high-quality hair and skin care, focusing on products that are demonstrably safe and effective. He has since applied his rigorous analytical approach to product development within this industry, successfully developing and launching professional-grade hair and skin care products. These formulations have gained success in both demanding salon environments, and with direct-to-consumer clients, reflecting his dedication to developing products known for their reliability, high natural content, safety and performance.
Jillian

Jillian started her career in the non-profit sector, where she gained valuable experience in community engagement and organizational development. Over the years, her career evolved into working closely with entrepreneurs, leading business development and market expansion. She founded a company in high technology import and distribution, which was eventually acquired by a British public corporation. Jillian then led their sales, marketing, and business development efforts in the U.S.
Her focus being on systems integration in supply chain management, she worked with national and international clients. She forged partnerships between high-technology and systems integrators, negotiating large contracts between major corporations.
Jillian since pivoted towards the health and wellness industries, developing the market for sustainable beauty products that emphasize ecology, mindfulness, and inclusivity across all cultures and beliefs.
